Background
Inspired by the industriousness of ants, Ntetsia—meaning "the ants"—was established in 2016 with only two members and was formally registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) of the Republic of Ghana. Ntetsia’s social mandate is built around the following core areas:
1. Supporting entrepreneurs in achieving their dreams, no matter their scale.
2. Assisting job seekers in securing dignified employment.
3. Prioritizing the welfare of our valued members, the communities we serve, and beyond.
We are a human-centered, membership-based association comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds and aspirations. Our mission is to foster development, create jobs, and drive prosperity by connecting people and ideas through mentorship, capacity building, contributions, and education. Ntetsia is dedicated to empowering its members and leveraging its resources to craft solutions that promote job creation and its accompanying benefits, enhancing communities across various localities. Upon becoming a member, the organization implements carefully designed policies and programs to enhance the capacity of its members, facilitating personal development and equipping them with essential entrepreneurial tools, idea generation strategies, and funding to ensure the realization of their entrepreneurial aspirations.

How to become a member
Membership
It all starts when you become a member. Membership comes with responsibilities, assessments and a one time subscription fee.
Everyone, irrespective of your race, gender, location etc can join this organization and support our course. We have four basic membership categories:Standard, Platinum, Diamond and Custom members. Join us via the following means.
Mobile and Web applications

Branch Networks
We have offices in multiple locations. You are invited to visit during working hours in your country to speak with one of our relationship managers.
Meetings & Referrals
We have community chapters dedicated to capacity building for our members. Any member can also assist you in joining through our referral system, so feel free to reach out to a member you know.
Conferences
